A fourth generation preacher, Rev. Justin T. Rhodes is privileged to serve as the 14th Senior Pastor of the Trinidad Baptist Church.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Washington Bible College and is a two-time graduate of Virginia Union University, having earned a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology and an Executive MBA degree from the Sydney Lewis School of Business.

Pastor Rhodes is also active in denominational and civic organizations. He is a former Dean of the Baptist Educational Congress of the District of Columbia and Vicinity, and is a member of: The Missionary Baptist Ministers' Conference of Washington, D.C. and Vicinity, the Lott Carey Baptist Foreign Mission Convention, the Executive Board of the Mount Bethel Baptist Association, and the Board of Directors of the Center for Racial Equity and Justice.
